  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE YOU WILL ALLOW ONTO YOUR COURSES?

    Learners must be aged 16 years or over. With regret, due to insurance reasons, we are unable to accept students aged under 16 years. Please note most insurers will only provide public liability (beauty therapist) insurance for working with the general public to those aged 18 or over, although some selected companies will accept those aged 16 or over. Please check with your insurance company before purchasing a course to make sure they will cover you for the treatment you are studying.

  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY COURSE?

    Your course materials will be ready in your student login portal immediately upon receipt of payment, so you can get started straight away with your learning. If you choose a payment plan option then the modules will be released each week over the course of your payment plan.

  • WHERE IS THE ACADEMY BASED AND DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE ACADEMY?

We have a huge amount of experience in the beauty industry as a tutor, assessor, and a salon owner so have plenty of knowledge to help with anything you may need help with.   • HOW LONG WILL THE COURSE TAKE ME TO COMPLETE?

    There is no time limit to complete your online course. Learn at your own pace, in your own time. The great thing about accredited online learning is that you can fit it in around your everyday life. Please be aware though that all training material is provided in English and we are unable to provide support in any other language. You should be proficient in English prior to enrolling on the course.
